Service Description
In depth consultation and case assessment for visitors, international students, foreign workers, or immigrants who want to re-apply to come to Canada after their application was previously refused. We provide you with a report containing our findings and recommendations based on an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) report we obtain from IRCC. Includes an evaluation of the applicant's personal circumstances such as previous eligibility, program qualification, ties to home country, financial admissibility, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated or may incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
